Schedule & Map

 

The Book

If you are in the United States, you will receive your Be Sage Conference book by March 7th. So sit tight!

If you are in Mexico, Canada, Australia or the UK, we didn’t want to risk it arriving after the conference, so we have your book. We will have it for you on Monday when the conference begins.

NOTE: you do not need to do anything in your book ahead of time. So, you are not missing out if you aren’t receiving it in advance.

 

Transportation

Fairmont Mayakoba is offering transportation to and from Cancun airport and Fairmont Mayakoba for $99 round-trip or $59 each way. Complete the form below with your travel information and they will coordinate the groups.

The rate listed is for a minimum of 2 passengers and maximum of 8 passengers per vehicle.

BELMOND MAROMA BRUNCH & TOUR

Join the Belmond Maroma for a brunch and tour of their beautiful property.

THE BRUNCH IS FULL. WAITING LIST BELOW.

The property is about 30 minutes from Fairmont Mayakoba and transportation is your responsibility (taxis and ubers abound).

Tuesday - March 11

 

MASTERMIND: MAYAKOBA WALKABOUT

Who wants to sit in a banquet room for 3 days in glorious Mexico? Not us and not you.

Tuesday afternoon’s mastermind activity will take place in a setting of your choosing. We’ll be separating folks into mastermind groups based on location desired.

Tuesday is our night off!
Feel free to decompress on your own. Or, join a dine-around for fun casual dining with new and old friends.

This isn’t part of our conference schedule, so please be prepared to split the bill.

TIP: Sign up to be in a group where you don’t know a soul to enrich your experience.

 

Wednesday, March 12

8:30 AM - Meeting of the Minds Breakfast

This breakfast is an annual tradition where we invite everyone to bring their challenges and work collectively on solutions. We ask conference participants to share their questions - about ANY TOPIC - in advance to guide our live discussion.

7:00 PM - CLOSING CELEBRATION

Attire

It's vital to me that you wear what you WANT to wear. This is why we don't have hard-n-firm style guides. If you're 90s-goth-reincarnated and want to wear shades of Morissey on the sunny beach of Mexico, you do you.

But, if you want a little guidance so that you don't have to think of what to pack, here you go:

  • LEARNING SESSIONS: Monday to Wednesday
    Come as you are... dress is what is most suitable to your brand and what makes you feel comfortable in your skin!

  • MONDAY WELCOME EVENT: dress for a fun night out with friends; I'm sure tropical beach vibes will abound given our setting

  • WEDNESDAY CLOSING CELEBRATION: the theme is "Welcome to the Jungle" (global-inspired... think: palms, animal prints, etc.)

Facebook Group

Join our facebook group here to exchange conversations with people attending the conference this year. It's a great way to meet everyone in advance and ask questions as needed. Not active on facebook? That's okay. I send out all important info via these emails.
