Mayakoba is a beautifully preserved tropical jungle that butts up against the Caribbean coastline of turquoise waters. For Bage Conference you’ll be sleeping at Fairmont in a cozy casita surrounded by a lush forest. Walking through the property, don’t be surprised if you see raccoons and monkeys scurry along the path. You can swim in the cool pools one day and the glorious sea the next.

Mayakoba consists of four hotels that are partnered with one another, including Fairmont (where our learning will take place). You can dine from 32 restaurants and all activities and experiences can be billed directly to your room. It’s a seamless experience that offers outstanding hospitality. You’ll have the opportunity to explore all properties: Fairmont, Andaz, Rosewood, and Banyan Tree.

Hotel Rates

We have secured the following rates with our partner hotel for the nights of Sunday, March 9, 2025 through Thursday, March 13, 2025 +/- 3 nights (subject to availability).

Fairmont Rooms King $320.00
Fairmont Rooms 2 Queen $350.00

$75 charge for a third adult in the room

VAT Tax – Rooms 16%
Occupancy Tax – Rooms 5%
Resort Fee $35 per person, per day
Eco Fee $32.57MXN (approximately $1.90 USD)

Planning

We'll be posting the official schedule in December. BUT - this is what you can expect:

Our official program starts on Monday afternoon ~2-3pm with our first learning session and some interactive workshops. There may be an optional activity on Monday morning - but it would not be part of our official programming. Tuesday and Wednesday are full of learning. And, we will finish Wednesday evening with our closing party - with most people departing Thursday. There may be an optional activity Thursday morning - but it will not be part of the official programming.

Some people will come in earlier than Monday or stay later than Thursday for personal time - but that's completely optional and may have a different hotel rate.
